Mini – Stays

Language Republic Mini – Stays are available from September to June for school groups for durations of 1 to 4 weeks. Our programmes are tailor made for groups with a varied and exciting social and culture programme available to them. Our location in the Canary Islands gives students the opportunity to experience a wide variety of landscapes, activities and cultural experiences. The immersion in the language gives students confidence and stimulates their curiosity.

School groups travel with their teachers or group leaders and we only ask that students in the group are within two years of age in order to make the most of their trip to the Canary Islands, Spain.

Each group will have a tailor made social and cultural programme, designed before arrival through communication with the group’s teachers and our team at Language Republic.

Our classes are Leaving Certificate focused and will include materials relevant to the Irish Syllabus. Lesson content will be decided in advance with our Academic Director, Leticia Lorenzo. Leticia has many years experience preparing Leaving Certificate students. She was also a teacher with Instituto Cervantes for many years and is a qualified DELE examiner.

All students will be presented with an end of course certificate with notes from their teacher.
