This Transition Year High School Programme in Spain is for students who would like to broaden their knowledge of the Spanish Language, but also have a once in a lifetime experience where they meet new people, learn new customs and traditions and develop their Spanish language skills and independence. This is an experience that leaves transition year students with a new view of the world outside their home country and opens their eyes to the opportunities that learning the Spanish language can give them.

Programme includes:

School placement
1hr 30min Saturday morning Spanish classes with Native Spanish Teacher(Experienced Leaving Certificate teacher and DELE Examiner)
Every Saturday, Full Day Excursion included after class
Familiarization Tour of local area during the first week
Online Classroom during and after immersion Programme
Accommodation in Host Family with full board
Ongoing guardianship service with school visits from Tutor
Final letter from the school with the results
Initial and final Airport Transfers (2)

Accommodation:

All of our host families are inspected by our accommodation team and are carefully selected for their high standards along with their friendliness and hospitality.

Accommodation will be on a full board basis. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner; Monday to Sunday. Host families play an important role in helping our international students settle into life in Spain. Each student will have a single or twin bedroom with a wardrobe, study space and shared bathroom.

Our host families are passionate about meeting students from different cultures and learning about their home countries while also sharing their life experiences with our transition year students.
